What is the Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT)?
Aroma Freedom Technique, or AFT, it is a step-by-step process developed by Dr. Benjamin Perkus(*). AFT uses the power of Young Living Essential Oils aroma to gently shift awareness away from negative thoughts, feelings, and memories into a positive mindset, attitude, and beliefs. This results in greater confidence and inner freedom because when we are no longer stuck in negative mindsets we are free to grow and create the life we desire.

(*) Dr. Perkus is a clinical psychologist in practice since 1995. He is Trained in multiple psycho-therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, EFT, NET, ART, Neuro-feedback, and other Energy Psychology Methods. He also is a Young Living Essential Oil User and Teacher since 2001, and a presenter on National and International Young Living Essential Oil Conferences.

Who is Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) for?
Aroma Freedom Techniques (AFT) consultations are for individuals, couples, families, groups, and business teams. Any person or persons that will benefit from goal setting, releasing mental blocks and negative mindset, overcome obstacles.
How do I schedule a session?
My name is Marcia Vollero and I am a Certified Aroma Freedom Technique Practitioner. Sessions can be done 1-on-1 or in a small group setting either in person or via an online meeting such as Zoom or Skype. During the session we will be using Young Living Essential Oils. If your session is online and you do not have the necessary Essential Oils(**), schedule the session that includes samples of the oils.
(**) AFT uses Young Living Essential Oils. During the session, we will be using Lavender, Frankincense, Stress Away, Inner Child, Release and Believe/Transformation (or Simplified Transformation Blend = Lemon, Frankincense, and Peppermint). If needed we will also be using Clarity or Inspiration or Valor or Grounding.

AFT works as a stand-alone process and works well in conjunction with other therapies and modalities you may be currently pursuing. AFT will not interfere with you current chosen path to Wellness.
